2. Information to Include
When reporting abuse, please provide:
- Your contact information (name and email address).
- Detailed description of the abusive content or behavior.
- Any relevant screenshots, links, or other documentation.
- The username or account details of the individual involved, if known.
Our Response
Upon receiving a report of abuse, Supernar will:
- Acknowledge Receipt: Confirm receipt of your report within a reasonable timeframe.
- Review: Conduct a thorough investigation into the reported behavior. This process may involve reviewing communications, user activity logs, and any other relevant information.
- Action: Take appropriate action based on the findings of our investigation. Actions may include issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, or involving law enforcement if necessary.

Protection Against Retaliation
Supernar prohibits retaliation against any user who reports abuse or assists in an investigation. If you believe you are being retaliated against, please report this immediately following the same procedure as outlined above.
